
There are 3 methods available to enter your items

Online by filling the Online Form found on this site.

Email by using downloadable Entry Forms provided at the bottom of this page or a copy of the form found on page 41 of the Fair Book.

Email by using the downloadable database document ExhibitsList.xlsx template. Download the template, fill it in, save your changes and attach the document to an email addressed fair.exhibits25@gmail.com
Download our FAIR BOOK found at the bottom of this page. There are many items that can be entered.

Use one of the 3 methods listed above to enter your entries. The printed form can be scanned or photographed and emailed to fair.exhibits25@gmail.com.

Please do not forget to provide us with an email address or phone number. We may need to contact you.

When using any of these methods you must provide class #, section # and description found in the book (ie. Class 6, section 8C Amateur photography scenery).

When entering a Child in Class 5, Junior Hobbies you must place the appropriate age group (A,B,C,D) behind the section # for sections 26 thru 42 (ie. Class 5, section 36C Colouring Page would mean an entry in age group 9 to 12).
For those of you that wish to enter your entry in a database please download this template "ExhibitsList.xlsx". Fill it in, save and attach the document by email to fair.exhibits25@gmail.com.

You will need a membership # which will be assigned to you when we receive your entry. There is no charge for Children age 16 and under, however they will be assigned an exhibitor number. We request you provide us with their age to enable us to place their item in the proper age category. Adults 17 and older must pay a $5 membership fee which needs to be paid when you drop off your entries on Thursday, July 24 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. or Friday July 25 between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
You will be instructed how to proceed when you bring in your entries.
