How to enter your items at the fair
- Download our Fair Book found at the bottom of this page. There are many items that can be entered.
- Use the entry form on page 41 of the fair book or the online entry form found below. Please do not forget to provide us with an email address or phone number. We may need to contact you. When filling out the printed form you must provide class #, section # and description found in the book (ie. Class 6, section 8c Amateur photography scenery) If you have any problems or need help you can call or email the exhibit Secretary Lise Seadon.
- You will need a membership # which will be assigned to you when we receive your entry. There is no charge for Children age 16 and under, however they will be assigned an exhibitor number. We request you provide us with their age to enable us to place their item in the proper age category. Adults 17 and older must pay a $5 membership fee which needs to be paid when you drop off your entries on Thursday, July 13 between 6 and 9 p.m. or Friday July 14 between 8 and 19 a.m.
- You will be instructed how to proceed when you bring in your entries.
