EXHIBIT ENTRY
You can enter your exhibits in 3 ways:

Complete the Online Form found on this website.
- Email the Exhibit Entry Form. You can download it below or use the copy on page 25 of the Fair Exhibit Book.

If you use the printed Exhibit Entry Form, you can scan it or take a photo and email it to fair.exhibits25@gmail.com. ​

Use the ExhibitsList.xlsx template. Download it fill it out, save it and email it as an attachment to fair.exhibits25@gmail.com.

TIPS TO COMPLETE THE EXHIBIT ENTRY FORM
​
For each item you enter, include the class number, section number, and description from the Fair Exhibit Book. For example: Class 6, Section 8C, Amateur Photography - Scenery.
​
If you are entering a child in Class 5, Junior Hobbies, add the correct age group letter after the section number for Sections 26 to 42. For example, Section 36C means the entry is in the 9 to 12 age group.

Use these age group letters:
A) Up to 4 years
B) 5 to 8 years
C) 9 to 12 years
D) 13 to 16years​
The Digital Photo Contest has a specific deadline ​for July 10.

The last day to submit your Fair Exhibit Entry Form is July 20, 2026.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY FORM
​
When we receive your entry, we will assign you an exhibitor number. This number is used to identify your entries during judging.
​
Adults age 17 and older must pay a $5 membership fee. You can pay when you drop off your entries on Thursday, July 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or Friday, July 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
If you are entering a quilt, you must drop it off on Wednesday, July 22, between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. You may also pay your membership fee at that time.

Children age 16 and under do not pay a fee, but they still receive an exhibitor number. Please include their age so we can place their entry in the correct age group.
When you arrive with your entries, volunteers will help you check in and tell you where to place your items.
